KW Cares

Here at Keller Williams, there’s not only an amazing culture of caring but also a culture of paying it forward. Our grant recipients have hosted bake sales and car washes, runs and walks—we even heard word of a frisbee golf tournament!—all in support of uplifting their KW Family.

Todd’s Story

Todd Jennings received a grant after he was involved in a horrendous car accident that totaled his vehicle and resulted in a ruptured spleen and 9 broken ribs. His pelvis was fractured in 4 places, and he suffered multiple lacerations and contusions. He spent 5 days in the intensive care unit, then another 13 days in the acute care ward at the hospital. Due to his fractured pelvis, he was estimated to be unable to walk or drive for 4–6 months.

As a part of his continuing recovery, beginning on November 10, 2024, (the anniversary of his accident), Todd committed to walk or run a minimum of 2 miles each and every day for 30 days. He hosted a run–walk challenge, and every day—rain or snow—he hit the streets to raise money and awareness for KW Cares.

Over the 30 days of his challenge, Todd covered more than 100 miles and raised $1,400 to help other members of the KW Family in times of hardship. What an amazing accomplishment and an amazing recovery!

Thank you, Todd, and best wishes on your continued return to health!
